Our residential delivery services are generally available from 8 AM to 9 PM, giving you plenty of time to pick out your gift box and submit your order for next day delivery. You can't find a more timely and terrific gift box delivery anywhere in Sydney, as Luxe sets the bar high.

For any urgent deliveries, please call 0431 330 575 to place your order. Order by 11 am for next day delivery or our Luxe Gift Boxes will be sent out within 2 business days.

Suburbs we service are Sydney wide up to 45km. First 15km will incur a $15 fee and in excess of that will be upon check out.

Varying or cancelling an order

In the event that you need to vary or cancel your order, we require 3 BUSINESS days notice before the delivery date. We will then refund the amount, less a $15 administration fee. Orders that are cancelled after the 3 BUSINESS days notice period will not be reimbursed.

Problems with your product

If you have a reasonable and legitimate complaint about our products, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is a similar as possible to the requested item.
